Search rankings is the rank that a website is given on the search engine results page by search engine crawlers. The positive factors that assure a website a good search ranking on a search engine results page are using apt keywords in proper proportion with relevant content and links to other similar websites. If a website is not active for at least 48 hours does not have links and the server does not function properly it will not get a good search ranking on a search results page.
Using too many keywords, copying and pasting content and inbound and outbound links to spam sites will result in search ranking removal and the possibility of banning the website from detection by search engine crawlers. Positive link building with other similar websites from website directories and by linking articles in article directories to websites will result in favorable search rankings on search results pages. Without a good search ranking internet viewers who usually scan only the first search results page may not ever view the contents of the website.
